Notes: Approach from the north via Wennath Riverhead. Alphagins are level 38, Sahagins are level 18. Both share weaknesses to polearms, shields, and ice, and strengths against fire and holy.

Habitat: EXINERIS Power Plant (Nighttime)

Reward: 2 Stars, 3,540 Gil, Megalixir

Requirements: Finish the first main story quest of Chapter 8.

Notes: Enter via the front gate. Enemies are on the bottom ring. Greatswords are effective due to the confined space. Enemies are weak to fire; use Fira with Dual/Tricast. The power plant must be entered twice for hunts.

Target: Malboro (x1)

Habitat: Kelbrass Grasslands (All Times)

Reward: 3 Stars, 6,780 Gil, Golden Hourglass

Requirements: Finish the main story.

Notes: Located east of Taelpar Crag parking spot in a large crater. Similar to the Chapter 10 fight but without young Malboros. Weak to greatswords, machinery, and fire. Strong against ice and holy. Has 105,000 HP. Avoid its 'Bad Breath' attack when it inhales. Use the crashed imperial airship for warp points.

Habitat: Kelbass Grasslands (Nighttime)

Reward: 4 Stars, 16,480 Gil, Safety Bit

Requirements: Finish the main story.

Notes: Located south of Cauthess - the Disc parking spot in a crater. Enemies are strong and fast, capable of downing allies quickly. Have around 62,000 HP each. Weak to polearms, shields, lightning, and holy. Strong against fire. Quintcast Thundara/Thundaga is recommended, especially if enemies are grouped. Watch for blockable attacks and maintain distance.

Habitat: Kelbass Grasslands (All Times)

Reward: 4 Stars, 26,840 Gil, Red Choker

Requirements: Finish the main story.

Notes: Located northeast of Cauthess - the Disc parking spot in a crater. Similar to Midgardsormr but level 68 and in pairs. Each has close to 300k HP. Weak to swords, daggers, and ice. Strong against fire and holy. Equip Star Pendants or use poison-preventing meals to counter poison attacks. Be aware of them going underground. Ice magic is helpful but requires many casts.

Habitat: Kelbass Grasslands (Nighttime)

Notes: Located in the same crater as the Grootslangs hunt, northeast of Cauthess - the Disc parking spot. A stronger version of the Deathclaw boss from Chapter 10.
