Alright, so here's the deal: Wind-up Porom isn't something you can find out in the wild or earn through regular gameplay. It's actually a special reward that comes bundled with the Collector's Edition of Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker. So, if you picked up that edition, you should already have it!

Important Note: Unfortunately, Square Enix hasn't made these Collector's Edition rewards available on the MogStation, and there's no other way to get Wind-up Porom or its counterpart, Wind-up Palom (who you get from pre-ordering Endwalker), outside of owning those specific editions. So, if you're aiming to add this little twin to your minion collection, you'll need to have grabbed the Collector's Edition.
