With the deliveries made, head back to Fordola in Ala Ghiri at X: 21.5, Y: 6.3. Speak with her, and then interact with her again to use your healing abilities.

The final step is to return to the Ala Mhigan Quarter. Find Raubahn and speak with him to complete 'The Butcher's Blade' quest.
