First things first, you'll want to head to Labyrinthos. Look for the Viera Gleaner standing around in The Central Circuit at coordinates X:23.3, Y:20. The closest Aetheryte to warp to is Sharlayan Hamlet.

Once you've found the Viera Gleaner, chat with them. They'll give you the quest and tell you what needs doing.

Your first objective is to speak with the elemental reactor operator. Just follow your quest marker to find them.

After that, you'll need to /pray before the lantern crystal. Make sure you're targeting the crystal and use the /pray emote. The quest text says to 'Pray for the Gleaner’s Safe passage,' so do just that!

Finally, you'll need to deliver the lantern crystal to the Viera gleaner. Head back to where you started, find the Viera Gleaner again, and hand over the crystal to complete the quest.

You'll bag yourself a good chunk of experience points (around 168,300 - 190,575 EXP) and 735 Gil. Plus, you'll get an Aether Current, which is super handy for flying around the zone later!
