First things first, head to Ul'dah. From there, use your Aethernet to warp to the Weavers Guild. Once you're there, make your way north to find the quest NPC. You'll then need to use your Loyal Lemur to get inside the headquarters. Chat with Drusilla to accept the quest.

Next, you'll need to teleport to Bentbranch Meadows. Find Arnegis there and speak with him to get the next part of your objective.

Now, it's time to hunt! You'll be given a candle to use at specific spots on the map. Travel to three different locations marked on your map, use the candle, and defeat the voidsent that show up at each spot. Keep an eye on your map to find these suspected voidsent locations.

Once you've dealt with all the voidsent, you'll need to return to Arnegis. Hand over the blood-soaked ring he'll give you to continue the quest.

Finally, you'll need to head back to Ul'dah. Make your way into the Lemures headquarters again to speak with Drusilla and wrap up this quest. The next one in the chain is called 'Dark Days'.
