After that initial chat, you'll need to speak with Matsya again. He's moved a bit! Head east to his new location at (X: 22.5 Y: 14.9 Z: 0.1). Keep an eye out, as there are some wild Asvattha around here, so be ready for a potential fight.

Next up, you'll need to search for Qerasaf. Head to coordinates (X: 20.9 Y: 17.0 Z: 0.2). You'll find Qerasaf has been attacked by some Terminus Wreckers. You'll need to engage these Terminus Wreckers (X2) to clear the way.

Once the Wreckers are dealt with, aid the wounded Qerasaf. Just interacting with him after the fight should do the trick and trigger a cutscene.

Now it's time to survey the area. Your first survey point is at (X: 22.4 Y: 15.6). Just head over there and interact with the survey point.

Keep on surveying! Travel to the next survey area, which is located at (X: 20.9 Y: 17.0). After surveying, you'll need to fight the Terminus Shadower that appears.

One more survey spot to go! Head to the final area at (X:27.6 Y:17.4) and survey it.

Finally, speak with Matsya one last time. He's at (X: 30.1 Y: 16.5), back near where you started. This will complete the quest and trigger a pretty significant cutscene.
