You will encounter Grays, radioactive enemies that are immune to Fire and gaseous attacks but vulnerable to Tranquilizer Darts and bullets.

Find the door to the Northwest, climb the ladder, and locate a Mechanic who provides the Aquinas Hub code: 1038.

Return to the antimatter reactors.

Optionally, climb down into the pit for treasure, utilizing the Environmental Resistance Augmentation or Hazmat Suit if you have them.

To the Southeast, find the body of a scientist holding a BIOELECTRIC CELL.

To the Northwest, find another Mechanic with a MULTITOOL and a DataCube containing the code 1038.

Exit the Reactor Lab.

Enter the stairwell and find the door to the Aquinas Hub. Enter the code 1038 to gain access.

Upon entering the Aquinas Hub, you receive 100 SP for a Critical Location Bonus.

A soldier inside carries TECH GOGGLES. A MedBot is also present.

Interact with the computer to read emails from Bob Page. The login is JSHEARS/MOMERATH. This computer contains important background information on the game's events.

A safe below the desk has a 70% Lock and contains a GAS GRENADE and a BIOELECTRIC CELL. A MULTITOOL is on the table.

The ladder to the Southwest triggers InfoLink messages from Dowd and Page; avoid this path for now.

Break the window to the East.

Shoot the patrolling Trooper to the South and find a REBREATHER on the Mechanic's body.

Destroy the hatch or use Lockpicks to bypass it. Wait for the Commando below to calm down.

If you have the Cloak augmentation, use it to leap down and take down the Commando with a Prod or Dragon's Tooth to the back.

Proceed West to confront two Grays.

The ladder here reconnects you with the MedBot upstairs.

Crates contain 10MM AMMO and a LOCKPICK. The DataCube here holds a map of Sector 4 of Area 51.

Return Northwest and ascend, following the corridor to Aquinas Control.

Crates here contain DARTS and BUCKSHOT SHELLS. A female scientist's body holds a MEDKIT. A Repair Bot is also present.

On the West wall, there is a door with a 70% Strength Keypad. The code is not found in-game. Using Multitools to open it grants access to crates with a NAPALM CANISTER and 7.62x51MM AMMO.

You receive 50 SP for an Exploration Bonus upon entering the Aquinas Control locker.

Helios will contact you. Ride the elevator East to level 3 and follow the walkway.

You receive 100 SP for a Critical Location Bonus upon reaching the top of Aquinas Control.

At the top, Helios presents the option to merge with the AI.

Secondary Goals: Deactivate the uplink locks on the Aquinas Router at the east end of Sector 4 to allow Helios to exchange information with your augmentations. With Helios, administrate the world with absolute knowledge and reason.

If you drop off the walkway to the East, you can descend into the fluid below, which deals Flame damage. A dead mechanic on the way down holds a MULTITOOL and a BIOELECTRIC CELL. A dead scientist holds another BIOELECTRIC CELL.

Summon the elevator and ride it up to level 2.

On the way out, two Security Bots will be released, and three MJ12 Commandoes will spawn in the hallway to the Southwest.

Peeking South into the red tunnel will reveal a cart with two enemies approaching.
