    Head up the stairs and into the old NSFHQ. You can disable UNATCO Troopers on the way, and use the Repair and Med Bot.

    On the roof, you can choose to knock out the two UNATCO Troopers before making a distress announcement. Disabling Troopers only alerts those who witness your assault.
