    On the Upper Deck of the plane, find 10MM AMMO and the PRIVATE QUARTERS NANOKEY.

    In the Conference room, locate an ASSAULT RIFLE. Use the Nanokey to open a 40% Str Lock. Inside, find Lebedev, a PISTOL, and a DataCube with a code.

    Open the backs of two trucks North of the boat house (20% Str Lock). The right truck contains TRANQUILIZER DARTS and 10MM AMMO. The left truck contains SABOT SHELLS.

    In another North security tower, find 10MM AMMO, BUCKSHOT SHELLS, BINOCULARS, and a terminal to disable cameras/turrets (now useless).

    East, along the wall, then North into a tower, find a CROWBAR, a GEP GUN, BINOCULARS, and a GAS GRENADE.

    Further East, another tower contains BINOCULARS, 10MM AMMO, and a RECOIL WEAPON MODIFICATION.

    South of that tower, behind crates, find a grate with a 20% Str Lock or explosive entry. Inside, a 40% Str Control Panel can disable electrical hazards (at the cost of taking damage). The crates contain TECH GOGGLES, an EMP GRENADE, 7.62x51MM AMMO, and a CLIP WEAPON MODIFICATION.

    Near the elevator building, find a DataCube.

    West of the Hangar entrance, find two crates with 10MM AMMO and a PROD CHARGER.

    Find the helicopter by the elevator to return to Liberty Island. You will encounter Gunther.

    At UNATCO HQ, hack Lloyd's computer (code 0451) for an email about lethal force authorization against Paul Denton.
