Return to the subway station entrance.

Head South towards the 'Ton Hotel. You will trigger a shootout between UNATCO and NSF when you get close.

Before the firefight, accept three Gas Grenades from the two UNATCO troopers. The right trooper secretly holds one more. The crates nearby contain 10MM AMMO and 30.06 AMMO.

Proceed South to where UNATCO is engaged with NSF.

Your goal is to personally kill 5 or more NSF members. UNATCO troops will also be shooting. Headshots with a Sniper Rifle are effective, or get close with a Pistol or Stealth Pistol, though this is dangerous. Killing many enemies improves UNATCO ground troops' opinion of you.

Note on Advantage: You can climb the roof of the 'Ton Hotel via the back entrance and an open window. From this vantage point, the game may not trigger the shootout, keeping everyone passive and marking NSF as 'Friendly'. This allows you to eliminate all NSF without risk and guarantee your kill count.

Search all NSF bodies for ammo, Tranq. Darts, and the OSGOOD AND SONS FRONT DOOR NANOKEY. Fallen UNATCO allies may have an Assault Rifle.

The front door to Osgood and Sons can be opened by an NSF member running out during the fight, or by a UNATCO ally breaking it down. If the Warehouse NSF breaks out, search his body for the OSGOOD AND SONS BACK DOOR NANOKEY.

After the firefight, ignore Osgood and Son's for now. Collect the BIOELECTRIC CELL near the wall. Check the DataCube near the front entrance. Bash open crates for 10MM AMMO (East entrance) and 10MM AMMO, 30.06 AMMO, and 7.62x51MM AMMO (West entrance). Find loose 7.62x51MM AMMO on the floor near garbage bags. A 7.62x51MM AMMO clip is on a table in the park. A PROD CHARGER is in the phone booth across from the Clinic.

Enter the Tenderloin Clinic (West entrance). This is a no-weapon zone. Drawing a weapon will cause people to scatter. Melee weapons like the Baton and Knife are allowed, but the Riot Prod is not.

Inside the clinic, talk to various people. A crazy woman speaks of ice cream and lollipops.

Note: Her dialogue is a reference to Shakespeare's Macbeth.

Two homeless men, Rafael and Jake, near the entrance offer information on the NSF and biological warfare.

Note: 'Squalnomie' is a reference to Snoqualmie, Washington. The 'Napoleon of Notting Hill' sculpture refers to a book by G.K. Chesterton.

Talk to two Bums for information that contributes to earning 150 skill points later.

Past the right set of glass doors, overhear a conversation between an angry patient and a doctor.

To get a 40% discount from the doctor, tell the patient to be more appreciative. The intimidating option makes him stubborn. If you act as a diplomat, the doctor will offer a discount. The full program grants you the Med Bot codes: 2153.

There are many bodies in this room, but none have loot. A biochem Bum theorizes terrorists put the Gray Death in the water.

Note: Intimidating the patient makes him refuse to leave. The doctor may offer euthanasia, but the patient rejects it.

Behind a 30% Strength Lock, you can find two MEDKITS. You can bash the cabinet open with a melee weapon. Alternatively, disable the doctor to take a MEDKIT and the MEDICAL CABINET NANOKEY. The doctor outside also carries a MEDKIT and NANOKEY. Two nurses also carry a NANOKEY.
