Walkthrough
- 1Head to the coolant control room in the northwest corner of Sector 4 and cut off coolant to the reactors.
- 2Return to the reactor lab in Sector 3 to finish the job by destroying the global communications hub.
- 3To get past Page, head Southeast. Avoid the plasma forcefield. Destroy or bypass the two turrets using Radar Transparency.

- 7Swim North, then West. Use your Rebreather if needed. Below a vertical pipe, find a Mechanic's body with a MULTITOOL and a BIOELECTRIC CELL. Further West, find a Soldier's corpse with TECH GOGGLES and a LAW at the bottom. Crawl out via a ladder.
- 8An MJ12 Commando patrols this area. Use Cloak and Prod, or climb the ladder and shoot him. There's a Trooper on the walkway above and two more in the Northeast corner. You can use Cloak and flee, or engage them.
- 9Head East into a room. On the walkway above, take down an MJ12 Trooper. The Mechanic on the yellow power box has a MULTITOOL and a BIOELECTRIC CELL. A crate in the Southwest corner holds a MEDKIT.
- 10A cabinet with a 90% Str Lock can be opened with Combat Strength, containing PROD CHARGERS, a BIOELECTRIC CELL, a MULTITOOL, SABOT SHELLS, HE AMMO, BUCKSHOT SHELLS, 30.06 AMMO, and a PEPPER CARTRIDGE.
- 11Near the cabinet, a switch on a yellow workstation can create a flame. A Mechanic on the ground holds a LOCKPICK.
- 12Climb the ladder again and head West. Be aware of a Trooper if you didn't disable him earlier. A chest with a 70% Lock (openable with Combat Strength) contains ROCKETS, an EMP GRENADE, and a PS20.
- 13Jump into the water below and crawl out. Disable two Troopers to the Northeast, where crates hold a LAW and a MEDKIT. A grate behind them leads to a crate with a MULTITOOL.
- 14To the East, find the 'Flush System' Switch to stop coolant flow to Sector 3 reactors. Head East and press two Switches to enter the main room (accessible via a 70% Str Keypad).
- 15The code for the keypad is 2242 (DataCube) or 9248 (bugged in some versions like GOTY).
- 16With the coolant control room behind you, use Cloak or Thermoptic Camo and head to the Southeast corner. Activate a Switch to summon the elevator. Ride it up.
- 17Leap down a small ladder and pass Page. Return to Sector 3 to the West.
- 18In Sector 3, climb the Southwest stairway to radioactive barrels. Climb the ladder on the West wall, continue West to the stairwell, and descend. Find Reactor Lab B13 to the North. Tong will contact you.
- 19Activate any Hazmat Suit or Environmental Resistance Augmentation.
- 20Find the Failsafe disable Switch at the bottom of both reactors, with a crawlspace in between. Climb out via a ladder.
- 21Get to the control room to the Northwest. Page and Helios will try to dissuade you.
- 22Secondary Goals: Go to the reactor control room, activate the three ion injectors, initiate the antimatter-matter reaction, and run.
- 23Climb the ladder. Activate the first and second ion injectors.
- 24Before pressing the third ion injector, disable the Mechanic who will try to stop you.
- 25Find the Engage Switch on the workstation to initiate the antimatter-matter reaction, destroying Area 51 and everyone inside.
