    From the start, defeat the MJ12 Trooper on the ground to obtain the SUB BASE NANOKEY.

    Locate the supply shack to the Southeast. It has a 40% Strength Lock. You can reach the roof via yellow pipes on the South wall and drop in, or stack crates from the Main Building.

    Inside the supply shed, find TRANQUILIZER DARTS, 7.62x51MM AMMO, 10MM AMMO, and a MINI-CROSSBOW. You will also find the SUPPLY SHED NANOKEY and the COMMAND MODULE NANOKEY, which is a duplicate of the Sub Base Nanokey. You will gain 149 SP for exploring the Sub Base Supply Shed.

    Enter the Command Module (Main Building) using your Keyring on the INF/INF door. Under the stairs, find crates containing a GAS GRENADE and BUCKSHOT SHELLS.

    Ascend the stairs. Gary will contact you. Continue up the spiral stairs and three more flights to reach the Command Module level.

    Deal with the MJ12 Trooper patrolling North to South. To the North, another Trooper and an active camera are present. Use Vision Enhancement to time your takedown of the patrolling Trooper as he heads South.

    Head South to meet Dr. Corwell. She provides the code 1223 for the Karkian tank. Open the tank and defeat the Karkian, being careful of its close-range bite. You will gain 50 SP for entering the Karkian tank.

    Find a MEDKIT in the room before proceeding South.

    The next room is challenging, containing a Trooper, a camera, a friendly NPC, and an Alarm Panel. The path West leads to another Trooper who may hear noise. You can use Cloak to bypass enemies and destroy the camera, or activate Cloak and Radar Transparency to sneak past. Luring the Trooper away from the Alarm Panel is also an option. Be aware that a panicked Scientist can alert the Western Trooper, and the Alarm can summon up to two additional MJ12 Troopers.

    After clearing the room, find a SILENCER WEAPON MODIFICATION and an ASSAULT SHOTGUN. To the West, a 20% Strength Keypad controls a door. Use Multitools to enter the Command Module Storage Room and gain 50 SP.

    Inside the storage room, open crates cautiously as they may summon a Trooper. The crates contain 7.62x51MM AMMO, BUCKSHOT SHELLS, 10MM AMMO, and a MEDKIT. In the Northeast corner, a hatch leads down to crates with a NAPALM CANISTER and a LAM. This path is not optimal; return to the surface.

    Continue West and silently take out the Trooper. Avoid making noise to prevent another Trooper from rushing in from the South, or a general enemy response if the Alarm sounds. Do not pass the door to the South while the guard is facing it.

    Ignore the scientists below for now. Silently take out the guard facing South, using the Riot Prod, Pepper Gun, or Cloaking.

    Continue South, circling around and descending stairs to the level below. If you hear an outside guard, freeze until they calm down. Find the scientists to the North.

    The male scientist, Dr. Pinkerton, will give you a map of the Ocean Lab and his login info: APINKERTON/ANTENNAPEDIA.

    Outside, avoid the Man in Black and two Troopers. One Trooper carries a GEP GUN, and the MiB carries a LAM.

    Return to your previous level. In the Southeast corner, you can see a feeding tube for the Karkian. A crate here contains 7.62x51MM AMMO. Climb the stairs all the way down.

    In the corridor, deal with a single Trooper. Descend another ladder to Module 1, which has one Trooper and two turrets. Defeat the Trooper and wait out any alarms. The water here connects to the outside water, allowing direct access from the start.
