Locate the Control Room in the Southeast corner on the second floor. Use the Keyring to open it.

Inside the Control Room, hack the computer using the login JTAYLOR/#214. Note the information about Area 51 and JC's genetic profile.

Descend the stairs. Daedalus will remind you of the objective: get MilNet access to attack Icarus.

You will encounter Sam Carter and Gary Savage. Gary Savage provides the GSAVAGE/TIFFANY combo for the Vandenberg computers.

Use the computer Gary is near to read e-mails. Find the Repair Bot to replenish Energy.

Proceed to the computer room to the North. In the Southeast corner, find a BIOELECTRIC CELL and the 3RD FLOOR COMPUTER ROOM NANOKEY.

To bypass arcs on this floor, stick to the East wall to the end, turn the corner to the Control Panel, and bypass the 40% Strength Control Panel.

Find the Switch on the North wall to summon the elevator.

On the next floor, a 70% Strength Control Panel can shut down arcs, but it's not essential.
