- 1Follow Salieri up the stairs to Carlo's front door.
- 2Salieri will prompt you to break down the door; kick it open (RMB).
- 3Chase Carlo as he escapes out the window and down the fire escape.
- 4Attempt to shoot Carlo from the window as he flees, then descend the fire escape and engage him. He will fire at you with an S&W Model 27 Magnum.
- 5As you descend the fire escape, three of Carlo's friends will emerge from a door near the base to attack you. One wields a Baseball bat, another a Colt Detective Special, and the third a Steel Bar. Defeat them.
- 6The man with the Steel Bar wears a blue short-sleeved shirt and brown pants. This is one of two opportunities to acquire a Steel Bar as a melee weapon in the game.
- 7After dealing with Carlo and his friends, a cutscene will play showing Tommy and Salieri discussing the events.
- 8Following this, a separate scene depicts Don Morello visiting his brother Sergio, discussing Salieri's survival and Carlo's death. They express concern about Salieri's capabilities and plan their next moves.
- 9The Lassiter V16 Roadster Green is added to the garage at Salieri's Bar.
