Objective: Drive the Flame Spear 4WD through maroon smoke.

Location: The guy waving his arms is at the southwest corner of the block with a one-lane road on three sides, south of the Works Quarter.

Vehicle: Flame Spear 4WD (white with yellow/black lightning bolt, exhaust shoots flames).

Instructions: Drive the Flame Spear 4WD through or near the tall plumes of maroon smoke. Slow down to 40-50 mph for tough turns. Follow the roads east around the Works Quarter, through Little Italy, Chinatown, across the Terranova Bridge, south through New Ark into Downtown, then northeast to Hoboken, and around outer Hoboken to the T-intersection. Turn left, then left again to go south through New Ark, over the Giuliano Bridge, south through Central Island until nearly at the T-intersection. Turn right to the last plume of smoke in the Municipal Building parking lot.

Unlocks: Flame Spear 4WD and Flamer (found in the parking lot).

Objective: Deliver a Bolt Truck Covered with nitroglycerin to the Works Quarter in four minutes without bumping anything.

Location: The guy waving his arms is in a parking lot east of the second block east of "KEN" in "HOBOKEN" on the map.

Vehicle: Bolt Truck Covered.

Instructions: Drive north to the T-intersection, turn left, then left again. Cross the Giuliano Bridge, go south through the Y-intersection, take the first right south of the Y, then the second right to cross the West Marshall Bridge. Go to the T-intersection, turn left, then right into an alley. Continue west, cross the street, knock down light gray doors into a lot, go east across the lot, through a narrow alley, and across the street into the corner lot on the right.

Unlocks: The Masseur (in the lot, unlocked for Freeride).

Objective: Drive a Bolt Truck Covered with a bomb, maintaining over 34 mph for 30 seconds and until reaching the destination.

Location: The guy waving his arms is by the small building near the southeast corner of Downtown.

Vehicle: Bolt Truck Covered.

Instructions: Maintain over 34 mph. Take wide, sliding turns by slowing to 40-50 mph instead of 30-40 mph. One possible route: Drive west across the East Marshall Bridge to a T-intersection, go left, cut the corner for a right, cut the corner for a second right, go north on Central Island's main road to the Y-intersection and veer left. Continue through the Giuliano Street Tunnel. Take the road south to the Works Quarter, past the dip, and just before or after the metal beam overhead, turn left into the lot.

Unlocks: The Masseur Taxi.

Note: This task is likely a reference to the movie "Speed." The bomb will explode if the speed drops below 34 mph.
