Salieri's Bar Meeting: The mission begins with a cutscene in Salieri's office. Salieri congratulates Tommy, Paulie, and Sam on their previous success. Paulie introduces a new business opportunity involving whiskey from Kentucky, brokered by a man named William Gates. Salieri approves the plan, seeing it as a way to replace lost income. He instructs Tommy, Paulie, and Sam to pick up a truckload of whiskey from a parking garage and deliver it to their warehouse in Hoboken, with two other men acting as an escort. Salieri also asks for a bottle for himself.

Journey to the Parking Garage: After the meeting, Tommy, Paulie, and Sam head to the back lot of Salieri's Bar. They get into a Schubert Extra Six Fordor with two gangsters already inside. As they drive, Paulie gives Tommy a Thompson 1928, telling him it might be useful.

The Parking Lot Pickup: The car arrives at the Grade Level Parking Lot garage. Paulie instructs the two gangsters to wait while he, Tommy, and Sam go to secure the truck. An attendant inside the garage confirms that the whiskey suppliers are waiting. You'll need to lead Paulie and Sam to the third floor, the top level, where a Bolt Model B pickup truck loaded with whiskey boxes is parked. The stairs on the right provide the most direct route.

The Ambush: Once you reach the truck, Paulie greets the supplier, Bill, and discusses the deal. Paulie hands over the first payment. As this happens, two cars carrying eight gangsters arrive. They emerge with Pump-action shotguns and Thompson 1928 machine guns, initiating a shootout. Tommy yells "Take cover!" and dives for cover. You'll need to fight your way through these attackers.
