Start the mission with the car parked at Lucas' service station and hop into the driver's seat. Keep an eye on the timer; when there are about 20 seconds left on the Pocket Watch, the car will vanish. Don't worry, it reappears shortly after, but now with four policemen inside. They'll be on an east-west road just west of the northernmost block in Hoboken. From here, the mission proceeds similarly to previous scenarios involving the police and the car.

This time, start the mission with the car at Lucas' place, but get into the back seat. Again, when the Pocket Watch timer hits around 20 seconds, the police will show up in the car, and it teleports. This time, it lands on an east-west road west of the northernmost block of Hoboken. Tommy gets driven to Lucas' friend's place. You'll likely fail the mission here because the police reach the destination after the time limit expires. They'll get out, with two guarding the door and two going inside. You won't be able to use the car in this scenario.

Start the mission with the car at Lucas' place, but this time, don't get in the car at all. When the timer hits about 20 seconds, the car will simply disappear.

After dealing with the car scenarios, you'll need to have Tommy drive back to Lucas. A cutscene will play where Lucas thanks you and reveals your reward. He'll lead you to an olive green-yellow Ulver Airstream Fordor. Lucas explains that it's a new model with an aerodynamic design, though not everyone likes them. He assures you it runs smoothly and then shows you how to hotwire it by picking the lock. This means you can now jack or pick the lock of any Ulver model you find.

Lucas mentions that a guy in Oakwood owns the same model and parks it in his driveway next to his garage. This is your cue to go get it.

Head to the northwest corner of the southeast block in Oakwood. You'll find the Ulver Airstream Fordor in a driveway. Once you've got it, drive it to the lot behind Salieri's Bar. To save your game, try to open either the front or back door of the car (using the right mouse button). This action will trigger the save prompt.

After completing these steps, the Bolt V8 Roadster Blue and the Ulver Airstream Fordor Yellow will be added to the selection of cars in the back lot at Salieri's Bar. Additionally, various Schubert Extra Six and Ulver models become available in "Free-ride" mode.

The next section sets up the mission "Omertà." You'll find yourself in Salieri's office. Salieri is furious, explaining that a major disaster has occurred: eight men lost, the shipment gone, and Sam is injured. He reveals that Frank has betrayed them by handing over their account books to the prosecutor, who is now building a case and has the councillor's support, putting the cops on their tail.

Salieri explains that without Frank, the prosecutor's evidence is useless, but Frank's betrayal means they could face life in prison. He tasks Tommy with liquidating Frank and retrieving the account books. Tommy reluctantly agrees, understanding that this is their last chance to act before Frank is moved.
