Facing the motel, shoot through the second to last window on the right until you hear a gangster groan. Continue shooting to confirm his demise and trigger Tommy's dialogue about the job. This completes "Ordinary Routine" and the "Get Him!" objective.

Alternatively, go to the back of the motel and climb the boxes to reach the balcony. Quickly enter the motel to avoid wasting ammo on the Boxer dog.

Go to the end of the hall, open the door, and shoot the gangster on the toilet. Crouch to shoot the three gangsters coming up the stairs.

Collect a Colt or Magnum if needed. Enter the second room from the end of the hall to find a Thompson 1928.

To access a bathroom Health cabinet with 30 Health, go from the top of the stairway to the far end of the other branch of the second floor hall, enter the room on the right, cross it, and go through the bathroom door.

Go down the stairs, crouch, and move towards the large doorway on the left. Wait for a gangster to fire six shots and reload, then shoot him. Repeat this process for a second gangster further ahead.

If you haven't already, crouch at the end of the bar and shoot the booze and lamp to eliminate the machine gunner behind the bar. Alternatively, use the second entrance ahead to shoot the machine gunner and collect the Thompson 1928.

Enter the room and shoot the gangster in a white undershirt who comes through a door. Proceed through that door to find Sam, who is wounded.

(Optional) Before dealing with the gangster behind the bar and the one who comes through the door, you can go through the door at the end of the hall, turn left, go through the next door, and enter the first bathroom stall. Right-click when the Action icon appears to have Tommy urinate. This can be done while holding various weapons for visual effect.

A cutscene plays where Tommy helps the wounded Sam.

As Tommy helps Sam, the man in the white undershirt taps Tommy, punches him, and knocks him down. Tommy rises to confront him.

(Optional dialogue) The man may say, "Lookee here--another customer for a face job. C'mon then, sonny." As he runs across the room, shoot him before he can retaliate.

Return to Sam, who is still on the floor.

Another cutscene plays where Tommy helps Sam up again.

A gangster with a buzz cut and the money satchel appears, threatening Tommy. Tommy attempts to de-escalate the situation.

The gangster leaves through the front door. Sam urges Tommy to pursue him.

Objective: "04-04 Ordinary Routine-Get Him!"

If Tommy shot a tire off the yellow Lassiter earlier, engage the gangster by the car in a shootout.

Otherwise, get into your car and chase the gangster's yellow Lassiter. Ram the gangster's car with the front right corner of yours and brake to wedge it. Alternatively, use drive-by shooting to cause the gangster to crash.

When the gangster's car stops, he will exit to shoot Tommy. Crouch, go around your car, and shoot the gangster.

Tommy makes a comment about the routine of the jobs.
