Part 65

After the initial shootout in the barn, have Tommy move backward up the stairs to shoot a gangster on the second floor.

Find the Health cabinet with 30 Health across from the top of the stairs on the second floor.

Proceed to the third floor and approach Sam, who is wounded. A cutscene will play where Paulie expresses concern and leaves to get a truck.

Tommy stays with Sam. Two police cars arrive, and undercover officers emerge.

You can engage the officers from the barn opening near Sam using the Colt 1911, but be cautious of getting stuck. Alternatively, equip the shotgun, go downstairs to the second floor opening, and shoot officers coming up the stairs. You may need to go to the first floor to deal with any remaining officers.

Paulie arrives with the truck. Exit the barn and meet Paulie.

A cutscene will play outside the barn, discussing the massacre and Sam's condition. Paulie will go back to get Sam while Tommy keeps watch.

Paulie carries Sam to the truck. As Paulie tells Tommy to accompany Sam, more cars approach. Paulie directs Tommy to a Thompson submachine gun and ammo, instructing him to take cover behind crates and fire at the approaching vehicles.

The game transitions to a rail shooter segment titled "09-05 A Trip To The Country-Return Journey." Tommy's Health bar appears, and you control his Thompson 1928 from the back of the truck.

Shoot down three pursuing cars by targeting the driver or the engine. Aim below the driver and fire short bursts.

Paulie drives to the doctor's house. Tommy helps Sam inside, and Paulie wakes the doctor.

Later, Paulie and Tommy discuss the doctor and the events that transpired. Paulie drives back to Salieri's warehouse.

At the warehouse, Paulie and Tommy discuss the double-cross and the impending war. The segment concludes with them parting ways for the night.

The next segment is titled "09-06 A Trip To The Country-The Warehouse," which involves an optional mission for Lucas Bertone.
