Chase the Airplane While Carrying a Beeping Bomb: This mission unlocks the Demoniac. Tommy must drive a Celeste Marque 500 with a bomb and chase a plane. The bomb explodes if the distance to the detonator exceeds 200 meters. The bomb is deactivated when Tommy gets close to the bonus car, a Demoniac. The guy waving his arms is located east of the north end of the eastmost north-south street in Hoboken. Recommended routes vary, but generally involve crossing bridges and navigating through specific intersections and paths. Use the horn to make other vehicles move aside.

Radial Motion Blur--Timed: This mission unlocks the Crazy Horse. Tommy must drive a Trautenberg Racer 4WD to a parking lot in south Central Island, following a route with multiple timed destinations marked by blue Xs on the map and red Xs on the radar. The radial motion blur effect makes high speeds difficult to navigate, so it's advised to take chances on speed in open roads, briefly slow down for better visibility, and try to discern surroundings from the compacted view in the center of the screen. The guy waving his arms is in a parking lot off the road of the first "O" of "HOBOKEN" on the map. The Crazy Horse is a hot rod Bolt Ace and the fastest car in the game, capable of rearing up on its back wheels, requiring careful acceleration.

Diffuse Nine Dynamite Bombs--Timed: This mission unlocks the Bob Mylan 4WD. Tommy is given a black Thor 812 Cabriolet FWD (though a faster car can be used) to deactivate nine dynamite bombs within a tight time limit. The guy waving his arms is in the middle of the east side of Oakwood.
