Part 33

Locate the second taxi indicated by an orange triangle on the map (accessible via Tab). Exit your vehicle by the second taxi and drive it back to the sidewalk near the quest giver, on the west coast of New Ark under the elevated train trestle.

Stop the second taxi facing the coast from the sidewalk. Set it to manual transmission, put it in neutral gear, exit the taxi, get into your initial vehicle, and push the taxi from behind so it rolls into the river.

The third taxi is on a driveway within a closed construction area, marked like a road but not by a red-orange line on the map. The driveway is on the west side of the north-south road south of the west end of the Giuliano Bridge. You have three minutes to put this taxi underwater.

Drive south and turn left into the alley below and at the near side of the Giuliano Bridge. Do a U-turn onto the Bridge and cross it, go right, go right, go right to about the second tree on the left and park on the right sidewalk by the driveway the third taxi is on.

Drive the third taxi to the low wall by the coast. Set the taxi to manual transmission and put it in neutral gear, exit the taxi, get into your initial vehicle, and push the taxi from behind so it rolls into the river.

The fourth taxi is parked by the steps at the south side of the State Capitol building, indicated on the map (Tab) by a brown rectangle south of "TRA" of "CENTRAL ISLAND." You have three minutes to put this taxi underwater.

Drive south to the T-intersection, right to the T-intersection at the end of the road, left onto the main road, take the fourth right, and turn right into the lot on the south side of the State Capitol building to park by the fourth taxi.

Drive the fourth taxi right to the north-south road, go south to the T-intersection at the end of the road, go right, turn left just before the third tree by the sidewalk on the left to go down the steps, and park at the edge of the coast facing the coast. Use the vehicle you parked there before the task to push the taxi into the water.

The fifth taxi is in a lot just south of the west end of the West Marshall Bridge. You have four minutes to put this taxi underwater.

Drive back north to the south side of the State Capitol building, get in your initial vehicle, go to the north-south road on the west side of the building and go north, left, right, and left to drive west across the West Marshall Bridge. Go left to the slanted T-intersection at the end of the road, go right to the parking lot (indicated on the map by a couple of short red-orange lines branching from the road's red-orange line) of Lost Heaven Port, and go left into the lot to park by the closer of two taxis.

Drive that taxi out of the lot and go right, go right at an alley just before the West Marshall Bridge overpass, and park at the coast.

Use the car you parked nearby before the task to push the taxi into the water.

The Manta Taxi FWD is nearby and available for "Freeride." Drive it, then your initial vehicle (left in the Lost Heaven Port parking lot), to the lot behind your house and save the game.

19 Exchange Three Race Cars: This timed mission unlocks the Caesar 8C Mostro for "Freeride" and "Freeride Extreme," and unlocks the Brubaker 4WD, Caesar 8C 2300 Racing, Caesar 8C Mostro, Carrozella C-Otto 4WD, and Trautenberg Racer 4WD for "Freeride."

The guy waving his arms is in a lot at the west side of the road from Hoboken to Oak Hill, a bit south of where that road is part of a T-intersection at the southeast side of Hoboken. You have 11 minutes to complete this task.

Take the Caesar 8C 2300 Racing race car from a transport trailer.

Use it to replace the Carrozella C-Otto 4WD race car on another trailer.

Use it to replace the Brubaker 4WD race car on another trailer.

Drive the Brubaker 4WD onto the first transport trailer.

When removing a race car from a trailer, park a good distance away from the ramp to give yourself plenty of room to maneuver the replacement race car and drive it straight up the ramp onto the trailer. The ramps are only two slats of wood, so avoid sloppy driving.

The locations of the taxis are briefly shown at the start of the task. The map does not indicate taxi locations, and the compass does not appear.

Take the Caesar 8C 2300 Racing race car from the trailer in front of you.

Race west on the second street north of "TOWN" of "DOWN TOWN" and use the big ramp to get to Central Island faster. Warning: You will die if the car rolls over, but it's not too far from where you'd start over.

Drive the Caesar 8C 2300 Racing to the old prison, LH COUNTY JAIL, on the north side of Central Island. Take the Carrozella C-Otto 4WD from the car ramp and put the Caesar 8C 2300 Racing on it. (The Carrozella C-Otto 4WD is on a car ramp at the old prison on the north side of Central Island in FRE before you do Task 19 to unlock it, but you cannot use it before the 19th task.)

Drive the Carrozella C-Otto 4WD under the west side of the West Marshall Bridge. Take the Brubaker 4WD from the trailer and put the Carrozella C-Otto 4WD on it.

Drive the Brubaker 4WD to the lot at the west side of the road from Hoboken to Oak Hill, a bit south of where that road is part of a T-intersection at the southeast side of Hoboken.
