Begin by building a Power Plant and Barracks. Train some Riflemen to defend your base.

Construct a War Factory and start producing Mobile Construction Vehicles (MCVs). You will need at least two more MCVs to establish forward bases.

After destroying the Nod Chronosphere, eliminate any remaining Nod forces to win the mission.

Tips

Keep your MCVs safe. Losing them will severely hinder your ability to expand and produce units.
Utilize Attack Dogs to detect and eliminate stealth units.
Build multiple Refineries at each base to maximize Tiberium harvesting.
Use the Chronosphere's ability to teleport units to quickly reinforce your bases or launch surprise attacks.
Don't neglect your defenses. Nod will send waves of units, including powerful ones like Tanks and Obelisks of Light.
Focus fire on key Nod structures like Power Plants and the Chronosphere.
