It's a national wonder that can really help you out, especially when you're just starting to grow your empire and might be struggling with happiness. ### Game Info To build the Circus Maximus, you'll need to have a Colosseum in all of your cities first. Once it's built, it gives you a solid +5 Happiness. If you're playing with the Brave New World expansion and have adopted the Universal Healthcare tenet under any Ideology, you'll get an additional +1 Happiness from it. ### Strategy This wonder was added in the December 2010 patch. Honestly, it's most useful in the early game. As you expand, keeping your citizens happy can be a challenge. The Circus Maximus is a great way to combat that early happiness deficit. My advice? Try to build it as quickly as you can.
