After speaking with Barry, proceed through the far door to encounter your first zombie. Shoot it until it falls, then shoot it again to ensure it's dead. Collect the ammo clips.

Return to Barry. A zombie will burst in and be automatically dealt with. Head to the Main Hall.

Barry will give you a lock pick. Go through the blue doors. Move the steps next to the statue to collect the map. Move the desk away from the door and enter. Collect the ribbon on the shelf and exit.

Go through the other door. Shoot the dog that bursts through the window (5-6 shots).

Around the corner, shoot the second dog. The first door is a bathroom; ignore it unless you are Chris (drain water for a cabinet key).

Continue down the corridor to two doors. The left door leads to the shotgun. If Jill, enter and get it (Barry will save you from the trap). If Chris, do not enter yet.

Through the other door, kill two zombies. Go through the Grey Door, kill the zombie by the stairs, collect the green plant (use if injured), and enter the save room.

Save your game, dump items in the chest, collect the Earth, and exit. Go up the stairs.

Kill the zombie to your left and the one behind you. Enter the door at the end of the corridor.

Shoot the zombie and enter the small study. Examine the Botany book and leave.

Continue down the corridor, past the green doors (inaccessible yet), and shoot another zombie.

Go through the next unlocked door, returning to the Main Hall.

(Jill only) Barry will give you bazooka ammo. Find the bazooka in the room next to the one you just exited, guarded by crows. Investigate the body to find it (Chris finds clips). Do not kill the crows.

Exit and go across the hall to the other door. You are on the balcony above the Dining Room. Kill the two zombies.

Push the stone statue off the balcony and go through the far door. Kill the two zombies by the stairs and go down.

Kill the two zombies at the bottom of the stairs and go through the door. This is a save room. (Chris meets Rebecca here; choose 'Yes' for her to prepare medicine and help later, or 'No' for her to prepare medicine but not help later). Collect the ribbon (Chris gets a key) and save.

Exit and continue down the corridor, encountering another zombie. The door on your right contains items and a rusty shotgun (Chris needs this for the actual shotgun) but cannot be entered yet.

Go through the other door, shoot the zombies, and head down the narrow corridor towards the plant room.

In the plant room, put the Earth in the pump to kill the plant and collect the key behind it. Use green plants if injured.

Return to the rusty shotgun room and collect the items (Chris uses the rusty shotgun to get the new shotgun).

Go back through the doors and turn right.

Enter the bedroom on the right. Collect the clip from the bed. A zombie will burst from the cupboard when you investigate the desk.

Tips

Aiming for the head is effective for killing zombies permanently.
If playing as Jill, Barry's assistance is crucial for obtaining the shotgun safely.
Chris players need the rusty shotgun to acquire the standard shotgun.
The plant in the plant room can be defeated by using the 'Earth' item in the pump.
