After speaking with Barry, proceed through the far door to encounter your first zombie. Shoot it until it falls, then shoot it again to make it stand up and finish it off. Collect the ammo clips.

Return to Barry. A zombie will burst in; Barry will handle it. Proceed to the Main Hall.

Barry gives you a lock pick. Go through the blue doors. In this room, move the steps next to the statue to collect the map. Move the desk to reveal a door.

Go through the other door. A dog will burst through the window; shoot it. Another dog is around the corner; repeat the process.

The first door on the left is a bathroom (ignore unless Chris, then drain water for a cabinet key). Continue down the corridor to two more doors.

The door on your right contains ammo and a rusty shotgun (Chris needs this to get the regular shotgun). This room cannot be entered yet.
