After speaking to Barry, head through the far door to encounter your first zombie. Shoot it until it falls, then shoot it again to ensure it's dead. Collect the ammo clips.

Return to Barry. A zombie will burst in; Barry will handle it. Proceed to the Main Hall.

Barry will give you a lock pick. Go through the blue doors.

In the next room, move the steps next to the statue to collect the map. Move the desk away from the door and enter.

Deal with the zombie on the floor (shoot or boot its head). Collect the ribbon and exit.

Go through the other door. A dog will attack; shoot it with 5-6 timed shots.

Another dog is around the corner; repeat the process. Exit through the door.

If you are Chris, enter the bathroom, drain the water, and find the cabinet key. If Jill, ignore it for now.

Continue down the corridor to two doors. The left door contains a shotgun (Jill only). Entering it triggers a trap, but Barry will save you. If Chris, do not enter yet.

Go through the other door to face two more zombies.

Enter the Grey Door and kill the zombie by the stairs. Collect the green plant (use if injured).

Enter the save room. Save your game, deposit items, and collect the Earth.

Go upstairs. Kill the zombie to your left and the one behind you.

Enter the door at the end of the corridor. Shoot the zombie and enter the small study. Examine the Botany book and leave.

Continue down the corridor, past the green doors (inaccessible yet), and shoot another zombie.

Enter the unlocked door, returning to the Main Hall.

Barry will give Jill bazooka ammo. Find the bazooka in the next room, guarded by crows. Investigate the body to find it (Chris gets ammo clips).

Exit and go across the hall to the other door.

You are now on the balcony above the Dining Room. Kill the two zombies. Push the stone statue off the balcony.

Go through the far door, kill the two zombies by the stairs, and go down.

This is a save room. If Chris, you'll meet Rebecca. Agree to let her help for later benefits. Collect the ribbon (Chris gets a key) and save.

Exit and continue down the corridor, encountering another zombie.

The door on your right contains items and a rusty shotgun (Chris needs this). You cannot enter yet.

Go through the other door, shoot the zombies, and head down the narrow corridor towards the plant room.

In the plant room, a plant blocks the key. Put the Earth in the pump to kill the plant and collect the key. Use green plants if injured.

Return to the rusty shotgun room and collect the items (Chris uses the rusty shotgun to get the new shotgun).

Go back through the doors and turn right.

Enter the bedroom on your right. Collect the clip from the bed. A zombie will burst from the cupboard when you investigate the desk.

Tips

Aim for the head when shooting zombies to conserve ammo and potentially trigger headshots.
If playing as Jill, the shotgun is a significant upgrade. Be aware of the trap but know Barry will save you.
For Chris, the rusty shotgun is necessary to obtain the standard shotgun.
The green plants can be used to heal yourself if you've taken damage.
Save frequently in the designated save rooms.
If playing as Chris, accepting Rebecca's help can be beneficial later in the game.
