Walkthrough

    Head south from the start. Pick up the X Accuracy in the grass to your left.

    At the T-junction, take the path to the right. Continue to the end and go down the steps north of the crane to a path along the water.

    Speak to the man here. If you choose the top option ('Yes'), he will take a Poke Ball and give you a Great Ball (one-time offer).

    Follow the path north, then west behind the buildings, and up the steps.

    Follow the path south and east until you reach the end. Grab the Silk Scarf by pressing 'A' facing right.

    Backtrack to the T-junction and take the path south to enter the complex.

    To the left, between the warehouse and wall, a plant blocks the path south. You need HM01 (Cut) to pass, which requires defeating Gym Leader Roxie first.

    Reach the platform east, then south, and take the steps down to battle the Worker with a Lv.12 Magby and Lv.12 Koffing.

    After the Worker battle, go down the second set of stairs and collect TM46 (Thief).

    Go back up both sets of stairs. Take the pipe north to the northern-most platform. Battle the Worker with a Lv.12 Patrat and Lv.12 Elekid.

    Take the pipe west to the next platform, then the pipe north-west to the platform with the Youngster. Battle the Youngster with a Lv.13 Patrat.

    Hop back onto the pipe and intentionally drop off. Talk to the Worker on the ground to battle him with a Lv.12 Riolu and Lv.12 Lillipup.

    Jump down the ledge to your south and continue south until you are out of the grass. Move east to return to the main area.

    Return to the bald man near the beginning of the area to receive TM94 (Rock Smash) for defeating the trainers.
Tips
  • The Silk Scarf boosts the power of Normal-type moves.
  • Early on, Rock Smash is a decent move for weakening opponents while dealing damage.
  • Magnemite is notable as Poison-type Pokemon are weak against it.
