Lostlorn Forest is a great area for training and catching a variety of Grass- and Bug-type Pokémon. Pay close attention to the Shaking Grass for rare encounters.

Head north and find an Ultra Ball in a tree hollow. Continue north, then left. You'll encounter a Pokemon Ranger disguised as a large leaf.

A Leaf Stone can evolve certain Grass-type Pokémon. A hidden item is located on a cliff to the right, but requires Surf and Waterfall to reach.
