Continue west onto the grass and battle the Battle Girl (Scrafty Lv. 41).

Go back to the stairs and head south onto the grass. Head east up a long flight of stairs.

Continue north to a large boulder. Use Strength to push it into the hole, cross it, and grab the Red Shard.

Backtrack down the stairs and head north onto the beach. Follow the thin sliver of beach east.

Continue west along the beach until you find an Ultra Ball next to a large rock.
