    Head south from the entrance and battle the Battle Girl (Heracross Lv. 47).

    Go south, grab the Full Restore to the east, then head back west and south, jumping over ledges.

    Battle the Pokemon Ranger (Vibrava Lv. 46, Gligar Lv. 46).

    Use Dowsing MCHN to find the Blue Shard. Jump south over the ledge and collect the Dive Ball.

    Battle the next Pokemon Ranger (Onix Lv. 46, Lairon Lv. 46).

    Head north, east across the bridge, then north. Go back west and south, jumping over the ledge.

    Push the boulder next to it east, then north into the hole.

    Push the final boulder into the hole to its north. Go over it and down the steps.

    Battle the final Black Belt (Gurdurr Lv. 47).

    Go up the steps to 1F, then west up the stairs. Grab TM06 - Toxic between the rocks.

    Go back down the steps, jump over the ledge south, and head up the stairs east to exit the cave.
