Alright, let's get through this Relic Passage section, the one that connects through the sewers. It's not too long, but there are a few trainers and some useful items to snag. We'll also check out the wild Pokémon you might run into.

Wild Pokémon:

• Rattata (Normal) - 10% encounter rate in the cave.
• Onix (Rock/Ground) - 5% in the cave, but jumps to 20% if you're in a dust cloud.
• Roggenrola (Rock) - 34% encounter rate in the cave.
• Woobat (Psychic/Flying) - 31% encounter rate in the cave.
• Timburr (Fighting) - 20% encounter rate in the cave.
• Drilbur (Ground) - This one's common in dust clouds, with an 80% encounter rate.

When you first enter, you'll see two paths heading north. Take the one on the right (east). Follow it until you see some stairs, then head down them. You'll find a female Scientist waiting for a battle.

After you beat her, go north past her spot, then turn west. At the very end, you'll find a Hard Stone. Grab it, then head back to where the Scientist was. Now, turn on your Dowsing MCHN and head south, past the stairs you came down earlier. Your MCHN should pick up a hidden item – it's an Escape Rope!

Head back up those stairs and go back towards the entrance. This time, take the western path heading north. You'll run into another Scientist, this one seems a bit… energetic, pacing and spinning around.

North of this Scientist, tucked behind some rocks, is another Escape Rope. Go ahead and grab it. Then, backtrack to the Scientist and head west. You'll encounter a Backpacker, who's the last trainer in this area.

Once you've defeated the Backpacker, there's nothing else to do here from this entrance. You might need to come back later, but for now, you can exit back into the Castelia Sewers and then make your way back to Castelia City.
