Virbank City

Discover Virbank City in Pokémon Black 2 and White 2. Find items like Poke Toy, Burn Heal, Antidote, and Pearl. Learn about wild Pokémon encounters and prepare for Roxie's gym.

As soon as you enter Virbank City, you’ll receive a call from your mother. After the call, head right to find Roxie, Virbank’s Gym Leader. She will speak with a ship captain before they depart in different directions. Once you regain control, enter the Pokémon Center to heal and restock. Then, leave and begin exploring Virbank. Head right, past the blocked northern path, to the first house. Inside, collect the Poke Toy.

Exit the house and return to the Pokémon Center. From there, take the path south. At the intersection, go left and enter the house. Speak with the woman in the top-left corner to receive a Burn Heal. Outside, inspect the trashcan on the left side of the house for a hidden Antidote.

Return to the intersection and take the right path. You’ll see the gym, identifiable by its small size and purple neon sign. A bald man standing in front of the gym will give you five Poke Balls if you speak to him. Continue east to the path leading north and take it.

Shortly after passing the blue-roofed building on your left, you’ll see obscured stairs behind it. Go down these stairs to the water. Head west as far as possible, then south. At the end of this path, you can find a hidden Pearl by interacting with the final tile.

Return to the street above. These are all the free items available in the city. You can challenge Roxie in the Virbank City Gym immediately, but it’s recommended to explore the Virbank Complex to the south first for training and to find new Pokémon.
