Complete Route 22: Taking Out Team Plasma in pokemon black white 2. Battle Terrakion and get the Colress MCHN.
Walkthrough
- 1Head south and battle the Ace Trainer. Their Pokemon are Starmie (Level 47, Water/Psychic) and Drapion (Level 47, Poison/Dark).
- 2Continue west up the stairs, then north through the Tall Grass.
- 3At the end of the path, in the north-east corner, find a hidden Carbos. Use the Dowsing MCHN if needed.
- 4Head back south and descend the stairs leading west.
- 5Go south to the steps leading west, then north onto the elevated area. Challenge the Backpacker. Their Pokemon are Vanillite (Level 45, Ice) and Bouffalant (Level 45, Normal).
- 6Descend the steps to your west. Move north and enter the Dark Grass north of the elevated area.
- 7Head east until you find an Amoonguss disguised as an item. You can battle it if you wish; it is Level 47 (Grass/Poison).
- 8Return west to the north-east corner of the Dark Grass patch to find a PP Up.
- 9Exit the Dark Grass and return to the stairs. This time, go up the stairs leading west.
- 10If you have defeated Marlon, Terrakion will appear nearby. Colress will also arrive from the east. After answering his question (your answer does not matter), you will receive the Colress MCHN.
- 11You can now choose to battle Terrakion (Level 45, Rock/Fighting) or explore further.
- 12Move up the ramp onto the thin walkway. Intentionally drop into the Dark Grass below and grab the Rare Candy on the west side.
- 13Move south-east towards the ledge to return to your previous area. Before the ledge, battle the Hiker. Their Pokemon are Nosepass (Level 45, Rock) and Steelix (Level 45, Steel/Ground).
- 14Jump over the ledge and move up the ramp onto the thin walkway to your east. Circle around and move west off the ramp, north of where you entered the walkway. You will be on an elevated section.
- 15Use your Dowsing MCHN to find the hidden Green Shard.
- 16Return to the walkway and follow it east. When it turns south, continue following it down to the area below.
- 17Battle the Pokemon Breeder. Their Pokemon are Camerupt (Level 45, Fire/Ground) and Grumpig (Level 45, Psychic).
- 18Use Strength to push the nearby boulder into the hole.
Tips
- Terrakion has high Attack and can deal significant damage with Rock Slide or Sacred Sword. Ghost Pokemon are immune to Sacred Sword but still take damage from Rock Slide. Ground- and Fighting-type Pokemon take half damage from Rock Slide.
- Consider inflicting Paralysis with Thunder Wave (purchased from Nimbasa City’s Pokemon Centre) to occasionally stop Terrakion's attacks and improve your catch rate.
- Moves like Reflect or Charm can lower Terrakion's damage output.
- If you faint Terrakion, you can encounter it again after beating the Elite Four, but it will be Level 65.
- Ensure you have plenty of good Poke Balls (Ultra Balls, Timer Balls, Dusk Balls) and that your Pokemon are ready for battle before facing Terrakion.
