Learn Keeper Horned Reaper traits, how to summon them with 1 Bile Demon, 1 Dark Mistress, and 1 Troll, and how to keep them happy.

Walkthrough
  1. 1
To summon a Horned Reaper, sacrifice 1 Bile Demon, 1 Dark Mistress, and 1 Troll in a Temple fountain (3x3 or bigger).
  2. 2
The Horned Reaper's level will be approximately the average of the three sacrificed creatures.
  3. 3
Horned Reapers are extremely easy to annoy. Avoid actions like slapping them, doing bad things, eating, researching, sleeping, picking them up while sleeping, or holding them in your Keeper hand for too long.
  4. 4
If a Horned Reaper becomes angry, they can go psychotic and kill anything in their path.
  5. 5
To keep a Horned Reaper happy: give them some money (only if not yet psycho), let them walk around the Temple fountain, or let them fight or stand on dead creatures (friends or foes).
  6. 6
If you have a Temple, keeping Horned Reapers there at all times will prevent trouble.
  7. 7
If you do not have a Temple and hear the message "Your creatures are getting angry!", give them at least 10 gold before they go psycho. Any amount of gold given before they go psycho will work.
  8. 8
The "Must Obey" spell can prevent them from going berserk, but they will still go psycho if still annoyed when the spell is retracted.
Tips
  • Horned Reapers are only good for fighting and can defeat any creature or hero in one-on-one combat, even at higher levels.
  • They have no magical protection and are vulnerable to spells like Freeze or their own rebounded Slow spell when facing groups.
  • It is cheaper to sacrifice high-level Bile Demons, Dark Mists, and Trolls after research is completed to get a high-leveled Horned Reaper, rather than training one. Training a Horned Reaper costs 150 gold and is slow. The sacrifice creatures cost 38 + 24 + 12 = 74 gold to train.
  • Wait to sacrifice the creatures until you are almost ready for combat.
  • A "Resurrect Creature" special might allow you to retrieve one of the original sacrificed creatures.
  • Horned Reapers cannot manufacture, cannot form groups in the Barracks, and perform poorly in any job or task other than fighting.
