In the original game, after the start of Act 2, the Keeper transforms into a boat, and all subsequent areas will be water-based. You can still use the 'A' button to dash forward faster.
Walkthrough
- 1Begin by navigating through the area by locating and sailing over blue-colored kelp ramps.
- 2In Clapperclaw Cove, after dropping down, focus your light on the orange kelp/anemone of the crab-like creatures to make it grow.
- 3Continue forward until you reach another kelp ramp. Drop down and take a left past the shipwreck into a cave.
- 4In Slime Grotto, take the right path by breaking through the blockade (A). Focus your light on the Wither sac on the rocks to create a path.
- 5After breaking through a second blockade with two Wither sacs, sail left through the archway. Shine your light on the bottom-left blue sac to remove the Wither blockade.
- 6Sail forward and break the Wither sac to your right. Then, dash through the blockade and follow the vines around to the right.
- 7At the end of the vines, find and break the second Wither sac. Follow the vine to the right and break the last Wither sac to create a path forward.
- 8On the next doorway, focus your light on the Wither sac. Sail right through the blockade. To your right, break the second Wither sac to shine light on the blue sacs and open the doorway.
- 9After going through the doorway, follow the stream forward to reunite with Seabird, then continue left.
- 10In Molter Run, two whale-like creatures will appear. Use the L-Stick to move back and forth, following the whales until you enter the next area.
- 11In The Coral Sanctum, sail through the archway and dock at the pink coral house (A) to pick up waiting creatures.
- 12Behind the house, when the gate falls, press X to send Twig over to lift it. Use the L-Stick to raise it, and when baby Twig helps, use the R-Stick simultaneously to lift it fully. Sail through quickly.
- 13Sail to the big coral island ahead and deliver three of the same critters picked up from the pink coral house. Pick up more critters from their homes and dock at the big island to drop them off.
- 14Sail right of the big coral island and take another right to break through blockades. Focus on a flower here to earn the 'Guardians of the Sea' achievement.
- 15Turn left and find a coral house corrupted by Wither vines/sacs. Destroy all Wither sacs to cure it, then pick up the critter and return it to the main coral island.
- 16To get the next critter, sail past the main coral island to the right corner. Light the red/orange corals to the left to draw crabs over, then dock to pick up the critter.
- 17For the last critter, sail past the main coral island and take a left. Dock to pick up this critter and bring it back to the main island.
- 18After delivering all four critters, they will drop a fuse on the right side of the island. Approach and press X for Twig to collect it. Use the L-Stick to tug it down.
- 19Bring the fuse to the device behind the main island and press X to slot it in, powering up the light ahead. Sail toward it and approach the large Wither roots to clear the path. Sail over the blue kelp ramp to the next area.
- 20In The Lock Keeper, approach the large machine with steam and press X to send Twig to slot the fuse into the power device.
- 21Sail back toward where you entered the area and to the left. At a small coral house with lights, press X to send Twig to the crank. Use the L-Stick to move the large claw under the stream of water.
- 22Once filled, move the claw over the crab, focus your light on the claw to overturn it, and pour water onto the crab to free the floating critter.
- 23Go to the locked gold gate left of the house. Focus your light on the eye below the large light to open the gate and enter the cave.
- 24Inside the cave, sail right and break the Wither sac. Behind this blockade, find a fuse and send Twig to collect it. Use the L-Stick to tug it free.
- 25Sail to the left side of the cave. Send Twig to the Wither sac on the right (X) to reveal it for breaking. Focus your light on the wall to reveal the last sac.
