    Secure Workshop & Gems: Due to the creature limit of 15, obtaining the Workshop and Gems early is crucial as Boulders are the primary attack method, and Lava Traps can form protective barriers. Create a fortification above point '1' on the map. Claim the portal, dig three tiles left, and proceed to the bottleneck. Fortify the bottom wall for safety.

    Excavate for Resources: Go for nearby gold and excavate east to find a Skeleton (10) and Increase Level (a special that boosts creature stats) specials. It is not recommended to wait until the portal limit is reached, as a difference of 15 or 16 creatures is minimal here.

    Clear Path to Portal: Use the Skeleton to break through the door above the portal and eliminate the two Archers (5).

Tips:

  • The Workshop is unavailable for research and cannot be added to your buildable rooms, making access to the nearby Gem seam difficult for early funding.
  • The map contains many small crevices with elite heroes that are not intended to be tunneled into, and their locations are random.
  • Be aware of numerous traps placed close together in several locations, which may require a 'Dragon tank' or careful use of Imps.
  • The only available Graveyard is guarded by 5 Knights (10), making it a challenging optional area with a creature limit of 15.
  • Boulders are presented as the only viable option for tackling optional goons if playing the intended way.
  • The yellow Keeper can be defeated by destroying its heart. In some instances, the yellow Keeper may defeat itself by tunneling into a pocket north of its gold vein where 2 Monks (10) and 4 Samurai (8) are located, who can then enter the Heart room and defeat the Keeper.
  • The map may not feel well-designed or play-tested, but it is beatable.
  • A suggested strategy involves using the Graveyard with Boulder Traps, then acquiring an army of Vampires by defeating heroes with more Boulder Traps, obtaining the Destroy Walls spell, then Reveal Map, and finally defeating the yellow Keeper.
  • Lava Traps can create protective barriers.
