• Perks: Master Thief, Flexible (Perk Rate 4)

Babs can gain the Leader perk, Sharpshooter perk, Bonus Rate of Fire, Bonus Ranged Damage, More Criticals (Gain LK), or Mutate for Fast Shot (replacing Tech Wizard, increasing PE by one). She is recommended as a sniper/thief with 8 PE, 8 AG, 8 IN, Sharpshooter, Bonus Rate of Fire, and Fast Shot. She can also be a Leader (+1 AG for nearby allies). Tagging Energy Weapons will keep her effective throughout the game.
