Jim

• Primary Skills: Big Guns, Energy Weapons, Throwing.
• Perks: Fast Shot, Vat Skin.
• Special Abilities: Bonus Rate of Fire, Steady Arm, Hit the Deck, Tough Hide (Perk Rate 4).
• Notes: With Fast Shot, Bonus Rate of Fire, and Steady Arm, his bursts cost only 2 AP. He is considered one of the best gunners available, only missing Bonus Ranged Damage, and becomes available late in the game.

Joe

• Stats: 13 Strength, 5 Perception, 6 Endurance, 3 Charisma, 3 Intelligence, 7 Agility, 3 Luck (40 total).
• Primary Skills: Big Guns, Throwing, Unarmed.
• Perks: Fast Shot, Vat Skin.
• Special Abilities: Bonus HtH Attacks, Bonus HtH Damage, HtH Evate, Tough Hide (Perk Rate 4).
• Notes: He is not bad with heavy weapons and good at unarmed fighting, though neither is his specialty. His brother Jim is a better gunner, and deathclaws are better unarmed fighters.
