- A Vacation In The Wilds: Defeat all five main bosses in Inkwell Isle IV: The Moonshine Mob, Esther Winchester, Glumstone The Giant, Mortimer Freeze, and The Howling Aces. This is story-related and cannot be missed.
- Ranger: Achieve an A-Rank or higher on all bosses in Inkwell Isle IV. Requirements include defeating the boss in under two minutes on Regular difficulty, having at least 3HP remaining, and landing three parries and six special attacks. Secret bosses count, and using Djimmi The Great's wishes for more HP will void progress.
- Alive And Kicking: Defeat any boss with Ms. Chalice. Equip the Astral Cookie charm and defeat any main boss from Inkwell Isle I to IV, including DLC bosses and original favorites.
- Decadent: Defeat 10 bosses with Ms. Chalice. This only counts main bosses. Equip new DLC weapons and defeat every boss on Inkwell Isle I and II on Simple or Regular difficulty.
- The Golden Touch: Defeat a boss using one of Ms. Chalice's Super Arts. Super Art I is recommended for its vertical beam, effective against bosses like the Announcer Snail or Psycarrot.
- The Latest Sensation: Defeat a boss with one of Porkrind's new weapons (Converge, Crackshot, or Twist-Up).
- Checkmate: Defeat all of the King Of Games' Champions (The Pawns, The Knight, The Bishop, The Rook, and The Queen). Weapons and charms are not allowed; victory is achieved solely through parrying. Ms. Chalice's dash parry is particularly useful.
