A Vacation In The Wilds: Defeat all five main bosses in Inkwell Isle IV: The Moonshine Mob, Esther Winchester, Glumstone The Giant, Mortimer Freeze, and The Howling Aces. This is story-related and cannot be missed.

Ranger: Achieve an A-Rank or higher on all Inkwell Isle IV bosses. This requires defeating bosses in under two minutes on Regular difficulty, with at least 3HP remaining, three parries, and six special attacks. The two secret bosses count towards this.

Alive And Kicking: Defeat any boss with Ms. Chalice by equipping the Astral Cookie charm. This includes DLC bosses and original bosses like Cala Maria and Baroness Von Bon Bon.

Decadent: Defeat 10 main bosses with Ms. Chalice. Focus on bosses from Inkwell Isle I and II on Simple or Regular difficulty, utilizing new DLC weapons.

The Golden Touch: Defeat a boss using one of Ms. Chalice's Super Arts, preferably Super Art I for its vertical beam.

The Latest Sensation: Defeat a boss with one of Porkrind's new weapons: Converge, Crackshot, or Twist-Up.

Checkmate: Defeat all of the King Of Games' Champions (Pawns, Knight, Bishop, Rook, Queen) without using weapons or charms, relying solely on parries. Ms. Chalice's dash parry is particularly helpful.

A King's Admiration: Complete 'The Gauntlet,' a challenge introduced by the King Of Games after defeating the Champions, which requires defeating all five mini-bosses sequentially without failure.

Compliments To The Chef: Complete your quest on Inkwell Isle IV by defeating all five main bosses and collecting the ingredients for the Wondertart, leading to a final battle with Chef Saltbaker.

Cooked To Perfection: Achieve an S-Rank on an Inkwell Isle IV stage. This requires Expert difficulty (unlocked after finishing the main story and dealing with The Devil) and meeting the same criteria as A-Ranks. The Moonshine Mob is a recommended target.

The High Hat: Defeat a boss on Inkwell Isle IV without killing any of its minions. Esther Winchester in 'High Noon Hoopla' is a good candidate, as only the mini-cow henchman can be killed.

Hearty: Achieve 9HP simultaneously. This can be done by equipping the Twin Heart charm and using Djimmi The Great's wish for +3HP, or by combining the Heart Ring charm with Djimmi for 9HP after six successful parries.

A Horrible Night To Have A Curse: Unlock the first secret by using the Broken Relic charm to solve a riddle near the southeast of Isle IV.

Paladin: Obtain great power by completing 'A Horrible Night To Have A Curse' to get the Cursed Relic. Beating seven or more bosses with it transforms it into the Divine Relic, offering enhanced abilities.
