- A Vacation In The Wilds: Defeat all five main bosses in Inkwell Isle IV. These bosses can be fought in order: The Moonshine Mob, Esther Winchester, Glumstone The Giant, Mortimer Freeze, and The Howling Aces.
- Ranger: Achieve an A-Rank or higher on all Inkwell Isle IV bosses. This requires defeating the boss in under two minutes on Regular difficulty, with at least 3HP remaining, and performing three parries and six special attacks. The two secret bosses also count towards this. Using Djimmi The Great's wishes for more HP will void progress.
- Alive And Kicking: Defeat any boss with Ms. Chalice. Equip the Astral Cookie charm and defeat any boss from Inkwell Isle I-IV, including DLC bosses and original bosses like Cala Maria and Baroness Von Bon Bon.
- Decadent: Defeat 10 main bosses with Ms. Chalice. Mini-bosses do not count. Equip a new DLC weapon and defeat all bosses on Inkwell Isle I and II on Simple or Regular difficulty.
- The Golden Touch: Defeat a boss using one of Ms. Chalice's Super Arts. Super Art I, a vertical beam, is effective against bosses like the Announcer Snail or Psycarrot.
- The Latest Sensation: Defeat a boss with one of Porkrind's new weapons (Converge, Crackshot, or Twist-Up).
- Checkmate: Defeat all of the King Of Games' Champions (The Pawns, The Knight, The Bishop, The Rook, and The Queen). Weapons and charms are not allowed; victory relies on parrying. Ms. Chalice's dash parry is particularly helpful.
