Head along the usual path to the Elevator to Main Sector.

In the South Greenhouse, face two Mighty Griptians. Stun them with charged blasts, then rush in for a Lethal Strike.

In Circle Ramp South, head up the spiral ramp. At the very top, activate Speed Booster, Shinespark straight up, and grab the MISSILE TANK. Then, head through the door on ground level.

In the Blocked Passage, use the Grapple Beam to cross using the Grapple Points, avoiding Grippers. After the first Grapple Point, roll into the hole in the upper rock and bomb debris to find a MISSILE TANK. Hop down the left side and through the door.

Continue to follow the man in North Junction, blasting any Sidehoppers.

In Northern Bridge, the bridge will be retracted. Perform an EXAMINE SEARCH on the busted terminal. Samus will activate SPACE JUMP and SCREW ATTACK. Jump multiple times in midair to get across the gap to the far side.

Step inside the Elevator to Bioweapons.

Tips

Mighty Griptians are vulnerable to stuns from charged blasts, allowing for a Lethal Strike.
Use Speed Booster and Shinespark to reach the Missile Tank at the top of the Circle Ramp South.
