Power Bomb the Desbrachian, kill it, and get the AC.

You start off in the tutorial room. Just follow the on-screen instructions. First, you'll need to fire your Charge Beam at three targets. Wait about a second after the first target appears before you start charging. For the next two targets, walk closer so Samus can aim automatically after she charges.

Next, use your Morph Ball and drop some bombs.

Find the middle of the room using the mini-map and then use the kick climb ability as soon as it's available.

Switch back to regular shots and fire at the targets. It only takes two shots to defeat each one.

When the lasers come out, use Sense Move to dodge them.

If you need to replenish your missiles, use Concentration.

Activate Search View to find a pirate hiding in the ceiling corner. Lock onto it and fire a missile whenever you get the chance.

To take down the target quickly, use an Overblast followed by an aerial missile.

Finally, lay a Power Bomb. You can actually morph into your ball form and start charging this even if Samus isn't on screen. Drop the Power Bomb as soon as the charge bar is completely full.
