Walkthrough

Maintain a reasonable distance from the Groganch.

Run around it to get a clear shot at its yellow orb.

Shoot a single missile at the yellow orb and repeat the process.

If the Groganch flips its body, jump onto some platforms and shoot it from there.

Use Sense Move (a mechanic to perceive hidden elements or react to attacks) to avoid its noxious bombs, or shoot them with your beam in Search View (a mode to scan the environment).

After a minute or two, the enemy should be defeated.

If you choose to fight it up close, use Sense Move when it attempts to rush you or fires multiple bombs.

If it spreads its legs out, back up before it slams its body down.

Overblasting (a powerful attack) the weak spot when it's on top is possible but unreliable due to a strange hitbox. Firing missiles from afar is much easier.
