Your guide to finding all the essential items in the Main Sector of Metroid: Other M, including Missiles, Bombs, Energy Tanks, and Missile Tanks. Get Samus powered up!

Hey there! So you're looking to snag all the goodies in the Main Sector of Metroid: Other M? Let's get Samus all powered up. It's not too tricky once you know where to look. ## Major Items ### Missiles After you get through the Brug Mass fight and enter Search View, you'll be authorized to use Missiles. Easy peasy! ### Bombs Once Brug Mass is down for the count, you'll get the authorization for Bombs. Time to start blowing things up! ## Energy Tank Head to the room just outside the System Management room. You'll see a Morph Ball tunnel hanging from the ceiling. You'll need to blast a grate with a Bomb to get into it and find this Energy Tank. ## Energy Parts ### Energy Part 1 Look up high in the tall elevator shaft near the Main Elevator. There's a ledge there with an Energy Part waiting for you. ### Energy Part 2 This one's a bit more involved. In the elevator room next to the Bottle Ship Control Room, you'll need to use a Power Bomb and take out a Desbrachian. After that, you'll enter the Bottle Ship Residential Area. You'll need to get a good run going around the central spire to Shinespark your way to the top of the room. Once you're up there, use your Space Jump to reach the Energy Part. ## Missile Tanks ### Missile Tank 1 Right after you defeat Brug Mass and get welcomed by the 07th Platoon, backtrack a bit to the long hall before the Control Room. A Geemer will pop out of a floor grate. Hop into your Morph Ball and follow the tunnel – it'll lead you right to this Missile Tank. ### Missile Tank 2 In the 'conference hall,' climb the stairs and go behind the glass chamber. Shoot a Missile at a grate, then roll through the long tunnel in Morph Ball mode. This leads to a catwalk in the Spaceport where you'll find the Tank. ### Missile Tank 3 Back in the Cargo Hold where you first met the Platoon, climb up the crates. You'll find a platform on the left wall. Bomb through the grate there to find this one. ### Missile Tank 4 At the bottom of the catwalk where those Reos ambushed you, look for a grate in the floor. Bomb it, then roll through the tunnel. ### Missile Tank 5 After you clear out some Sidehoppers at the bottom of the slender walkway, head to the back of the room.
