Race Against Time: Final Battle

Presidium: After the Mako is destroyed, loot the nearby Medical Kit. Approach the Avina terminal outside the Citadel Tower elevator, defeating three Husks. Speak to the damaged Avina for intel. Ride the elevator up to the Citadel Tower.

Citadel Tower: Maintenance Shaft: Proceed south through the linear path. Descend a ramp and fight through Geth Troopers, Rocket Troopers, and a Shock Trooper. Continue along the outside of the Citadel Tower, engaging geth and krogan. Ascend another ramp and face a Krogan Warlord and Geth Destroyer(s). Be aware that waiting too long will result in more Geth Destroyers spawning. Fight your way up a barrier-studded ramp to the Exhaust Plain, being cautious of Snipers and Rocket Troopers.

Citadel Tower: Exhaust Plain: Clear out geth at the top of the ramp. Head south and round a corner to face Geth Shock Troopers and at least one Geth Destroyer. Advance to avoid facing numerous Destroyers. Reach a clearing where a Geth Dropship deploys Geth Shock Troopers. Activate three Citadel Defense Turrets (one ahead, two to the east and south) to drive off the dropship. Ignore the Shock Troopers as much as possible while activating turrets, then dispatch remaining geth until the dropship is routed.

Citadel Tower: Exterior Defense Grid: Continue southwest and turn right (west) to encounter two Krogan Warriors. Defeat them, then face a Geth Juggernaut and spawning Geth Destroyers. Advance to stop the spawns. Reach the defense grid area with numerous turrets. You can either destroy the turrets from afar using sniper fire and abilities while dodging rockets, or press forward, avoid turret fire, and seek a ramp to the left (east). Be wary of Geth Troopers ahead of the turrets. After clearing the turrets and troopers, continue south to find another ramp leading east. Alternatively, take the first passage east to potentially avoid turrets and rejoin the elevator shaft.
