Alright, so after you've dealt with all the drama on Virmire, you'll find yourself back on the Citadel. Captain Anderson will want to chat, and then you'll get control of Shepard again. Head towards the Flux club in the Zakera Wards. As you approach, you'll bump into a guy named Charles Saracino, and he'll call you over.

This whole assignment is basically one conversation. How you answer him will affect your Paragon or Renegade score, and get this – it even pops up again in Mass Effect 2! When you're talking to him, you'll eventually get a choice:

  1. If you say, “I won’t support you.”, you're denying him and you'll get +2 Paragon points.
  2. On the other hand, if you go with “You have my support.”, you're backing him up and earning +2 Renegade points.

That's pretty much it! Once the conversation wraps up, the assignment will pop into your Journal as completed, and you'll see the consequences later on in Mass Effect 2.
