Next, take the eastern door to the Cockpit. Inside, you'll find the Cockpit Computer, which holds even more logs and deepens the mystery.

Finally, head through the northern door into the Medical Bay. This is where Jacob's been left on life support. There's a Secure Storage Locker here that requires an Average Decryption skill to open. Listen to the message on the Medical Computer to get the full story.

Just when you think you're done, Julia will burst through the door, hitting you with Biotics. If you've got Biotics yourself, now's the time to use them to counter her. Otherwise, just focus on disabling her – she'll become an easy target after that.

Defeating Julia will trigger and complete the Assignment in your journal. All that's left is to decide what to do with Jacob. Honestly, this choice doesn't affect your character at all, so just go with whatever feels right to you.

Tips

Remember to keep your distance from those Fusion Containment Cells! They pack a punch.
The decryption levels on the lockers are Easy and Average, so make sure you have someone with decent decryption skills in your squad.
Don't stress too much about the final choice regarding Jacob; it's more for role-playing than any actual gameplay consequence.
