The Refuge system in Mass Effect: Legendary Edition (ME1) contains three planetary bodies, one of which is Ilos. This planet is the setting for the penultimate mission, Race Against Time. While story-significant, there is no exploration content to be found on Ilos itself. By the time you can access this region, you are likely past the point of caring about collectibles.
