- 1Head north out of Zhu's Hope. You can ignore the elevator leading to the Prothean Skyway for now. Keep going to the end of the path and take the stairs down into the tunnels.
- 2Once you're in the tunnels, take a right at the first intersection. Continue through the first passageway you come to.
- 3At the next intersection, go west. This will lead you into the Collapsed Highway Section. You'll see a short scene introducing the Varren here, so be ready for a fight.
- 4After you've dealt with the Varren, look around the front of the nearby vehicle. You'll find the Power Cells you need inside the Fuel Compartment.
With the Power Cells in hand, head back to Zhu's Hope and report to May O'Connell to complete this assignment. The Varren you fought are also tied to the 'Feros: Varren Meat' assignment, so you've made progress on that too!
